The people behind the work.

Mossburgh is a founder-led engineering firm. The people you meet are the people who plan, build, and answer for what ships.

Two people, one standard.

A principal engineer on the prairie and a builder with marketing roots across three continents. Their experience converges on one shared standard for useful work.

Kaid Mossburgh

Founder and principal

Kaid started in fire and evacuation simulation software, the kind of engineering where a wrong number has real consequences. That never wore off. He studied computer science at Kansas State, then spent the next decade building systems where mistakes are expensive, banking platforms as a principal engineer inside a regulated national bank, fintech infrastructure, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems shipped end to end.

Along the way he kept watching the same failure repeat. Companies bought technology services and got handed prototypes, decks, and invoices, while the people who actually understood the system rotated off to the next account. The judgment they were paying for never stayed in the room.

Mossburgh is his answer to that. A firm where the person who surveys your ground is the person who answers for what gets built on it. Kaid leads every engagement, sets the standard for every line of work that ships, and picks up when you call.

Praise Adesokan

Engineering and growth

Praise started in marketing and crossed into engineering, which means he reads a product the way a customer does and builds it the way an engineer should.

He has shipped mobile apps, financial platforms, and growth campaigns across three continents. At Mossburgh he pairs engineering with a campaign maker’s eye for what people actually need.

The standard stays visible.

01

Walk the ground first.

We understand the terrain before we propose the route.

02

Build the advice.

The strategy and the implementation stay with the same crew.

03

Sign the work.

Everything that ships carries the firm’s name and standard.

Meet the crew.

Thirty minutes with the people who will do the work. Bring the problem as it actually is.
